Cameron Winery was founded in 1984, one of the early pioneers of the Oregon wine industry.
Winemaker and owner John Paul has always marched to the beat of his own drum. He is a true farmer, dedicated to biodiversity in his vineyards, an advocate for dry farming, as well as having the very first Salmon-Safe vineyard in Oregon. He does this out of respect for the land, but also because it produces results that put him into a category of world-class winemaking.
Each and every Spring/early Summer, John Paul releases two exceptional Pinot Noir values, one from the Ribbon Ridge AVA and one from Dundee Hills AVA. These are great wines to drink in their youth, but don't be fooled as they can develop over many years in the bottle.
